Return & Refund Policy

At Little Helping Hands, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing, we may be unable to cancel it.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging

  • All returns must be approved before being sent back

  • Used, worn, or damaged items (due to normal use or misuse) are not eligible for return

To request a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item arrives damaged or defective. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency

Damaged or Defective Items

We take care to package orders securely. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Damage caused by normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.

While we’re happy to assist where possible, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once an order has been dispatched. If tracking shows delivery confirmation, please contact the courier directly.

Product Use & Safety

Please follow all usage instructions and safety guidelines provided with your product. Improper use may result in damage or injury and may affect return eligibility.
